Your Founding Family Script – Day 5 of “Sign up 7 Students in 7 Days” Challenge

How long have you been wishing your life would be different? How long have you been praying for a solution to your problems? If you were given one opportunity to change your life today… would you take it? Listen up, I’m about to show you that one opportunity and I’m going to ask you to do one thing for me. Because when you post your Founding Family Script… you can truly take the first step to change your life!

Here’s the secret: you can sign up students without creating a website and without spending a dime on advertising. And if my gut feeling is right, you’re probably thinking: “Wait a minute! What if they don’t sign up? Actually, what if they do sign up? What am I supposed to teach them?”

We’ve all been there. That’s why I developed the Founding Family Script! It will help you get over that initial fear of failure (or even success!) and start your preschool in as little as a week from now.

I’ve seen it happen a thousand times, so tune in today, because it’s your turn to become a Preschool All Star!

    It’s Time to Get Moving

We’re on Day 5 of our Challenge! And you know what? It’s time to sign up those first students.

We talked about the power of your WHY. You got your preschool business plan. We reminded you that you are enough exactly as you are right now. On Day 4, we visualized your dream preschool and we showed you that your dream preschool might not be as far away as you think it is.

Now is the time to spring into action. This is the moment we’ve been waiting for: It’s time for you to post the Founding Family Script.

Yes, this works for local and online preschools, even if you haven’t set up your preschool business yet.

And you don’t have a degree or experience, you don’t need to spend money on advertising, you don’t have to have a website set up already.

But, if I asked you today, are you game? Are you ready to get started, right now? Some of you would probably say yes, but my gut feeling says that most of you don’t feel ready yet.

Well, let me just remind you that I know exactly how you’re feeling. I’ve seen thousands of women go through the exact same feelings that you are.

My mission today is to help you get over that fear and sign up your first students within a week!

How I Got Over My Initial Fear

I’d like to tell you a story. When I was starting my preschool I didn’t have the option to sit around and wait for the best moment to start. I had 30 days before I had to get my mortgage paid. This had to work—I had no other option.

So I had to commit, bite the bullet, and put out my marketing. As you can imagine, I was scared out of my mind. What if it doesn’t work? What am I supposed to say to people when they do call? How am I supposed to sign them up? And what happens if I do sign them up?

Usually, when fear races through your mind, you have two options. First, you can let it overwhelm you and paralyze you. Or, you can let it be in the background as you propel forward, taking action on the things you need to take action on.

We have a phrase in Preschool All Stars: feel the fear and do it anyway. What does that mean?

It means you should acknowledge your fear. You’ve never done this before, it’s normal to be afraid. But, you can look around you and see me and all these Preschool All Stars that made it through. So, you know it’s possible. Just feel the fear and do it anyway.

In my situation, I had no other option. My back was against the wall and I had to push through the fear. But, that’s not the case for everyone. So…

This Is the Incentive You Need

Working in our Preschool All Stars group, I noticed something very curious. All the women who signed up were doing their tasks, finding great success along the way.

But, when it came to the marketing component, the time to announce your preschool, I noticed there were two diverging groups.

There were All Stars who put out the marketing piece, and there were those who didn’t. So, everybody was completing all the steps, everybody was moving forward, and all of a sudden, we have this huge variation in the progress.

I looked at the situation, and at first, I couldn’t figure it out. Then I realized that the women who held off on putting out the marketing were probably scared. Now, you can be afraid of both failure and success. What if no one signs up? And what if they do sign up? What to do then?

These were legitimate fears, but where were they coming from? Now, if you know a thing or two about psychology, you know that humans are motivated by pain or pleasure. However, the pain part accelerates the process. When your back is against the wall, you move faster to get out of that situation.

And I realized, the women who were holding off, they probably didn’t feel enough pain. Their lives are probably okay. They’re probably not in that much of a financial pinch. There’s a lot of time ahead to think and wait.

So, how did I help these women get over the marketing hurdle, feel the fear, and still go for it? I decided to switch it up. Instead of doing the steps and ending the process with a marketing piece, we would put out the marketing piece first and go from there.

This is the Founding Family Script. It’s a social media post that will get you your first (or new) students, without spending a dime on advertising. It’s designed to propel you into action and push past any fear or delay.

    So, What Happens Next?

Here’s the deal. You post your Founding Family Script on your social media. The Script announces to the world that you are so excited about your upcoming brand new preschool. You can still use the script if you have a preschool already – we have different versions. And it works for both online and local preschools.

But, back to the Script, what it says is that the first seven families that join are going to get a huge discount for becoming your founding families. All they have to do is sign up and pay their first month’s tuition.

Now, we tested this Script extensively. At the time, we had 4.000 amazing women in our Facebook group. A little over 60% signed up their first students within a week!

However, the real beauty of the Founding Family Script is that it helped these women get over their fear. Even for those who didn’t have sign-ups, they broke through that ice. They could now move forward with much more zest and enthusiasm.

And for those who did get sign-ups, the question was: What now? This is where our Preschool All Stars membership saved the day. They joined Preschool All Stars, we got them right into the 30 Day Challenge and they went through the process to set up their preschool.

The best part? It all started with this 7 Day Challenge that you’re doing right now.
