But decades later, Sheri was ready to take that leap. Giving up her career, benefits, and stability was scary, but The Preschool All Stars gave Sheri the confidence to pursue her life long dream of starting her own preschool.     Sheri Green had always wanted to start her own preschool, but she wasn’t ready when she thought of the idea years ago. She needed a steady job to make sure she could provide for her two children. Now, her children are grown, and she decided to get back to her dream of being a business owner. 

    After finding Joy and reading her book, she felt like she had the tools to finally make her dream a reality. She resigned from her public school teaching job, and took her time preparing and converting her garage into a preschool classroom. 

    With the help of Joy and the Preschool All Stars, Sheri Green finally got the confidence to make her dream a reality. She has been able to learn and grow with a like-minded group of women who were in the same situation as she was, and they helped her through the tough times.

    Sheri’s preschool is now full, but she is still working on creating her perfect preschool schedule. Listen in as we talk about all things preschool. From behavior management, hiring an employee, and finding our groove as we transition from elementary school to preschool. Sheri has goals to hire a teacher, and then expand to a center where she can be director.
