    If you want to create a better screen time alternative, listen to today’s Preschool All Stars story: Bethany Johnson has been a Preschool All Star for a few years now. Her local preschool is in year 3, and has been full since she opened, so she was looking for a way to expand. After speaking to another Preschool All Star, she was encouraged to push past her fears of not being good enough, and purchased a green screen. After hours of Youtubing how to edit and shoot green screen, Bethany decided that she wanted more than just preschool classes, she wanted to create an entire portal of educational preschool entertainment.     Bethany had started an online preschool in the beginning of her journey, but stopped after her baby was born. This time she wanted to create something bigger. More than just her own preschool classes, she wanted to give parents the option to cut out any undesirable screen-time options and replace it with a whole portal of teachers and classes that would be educational, fun, and interactive.

    After speaking with another Preschool All star, she decided that she can do hard things. She was going to learn how to shoot and edit green screen videos. It took hours and hours of Youtubing and frustration, but she started to figure it out! 

    With the help of Joy and the Preschool All Stars, Bethany has pushed past her fears and imposter syndrome. She no longer feels like she is “Faking it till she makes it.” She is proud of the content she has created, and is starting to hire more teachers to add more classes to her platform.

    Bethany already has 5 teachers on her platform and 15 students enrolled. She is working on figuring out the marketing side of things to boost enrollment. She is hoping as she adds more classes, it will add more value to add to her program to get more signups. She has also started adding some of her videos to YouTube in hopes to grow her following and get her name out there. She is learning new things every day and with the Help of the Preschool All stars, she is making her dream come true!
