    Alethea has alway been a hard worker. She has done what she needed to do to get by, and it has created a way of life for her that leaves her bouncing from one job to another, never able to make enough at one job to not need a 2nd or 3rd job. But all of that is about to change.

    Alethea read Joy’s book and immediately signed up to be a Preschool All Star. She followed the steps and is in the process of converting her daycare into a preschool. She is first starting with an all day schedule, and then will convert to her real goal of half day classes by next year!

    With the help of Joy and the Preschool All Stars, Alethea has gained the motivation, accountability, courage and creativity that she needed to finally make the transition from daycare to preschool.

    After so many years of feeling like she was floundering, Alethea finally feels like she is flourishing! She is excited to finally get to the point where one job will mean financial stability, while not also leading to constant burnout and exhaustion.
