Slowly but surely, parents started coming to her asking if they could join in on her homeschooling. It got to the point where she was teaching multiple ages and long days and she was just exhausted. Once the pandemic hit, it gave her a much needed break and time to reflect on what she really wanted to do.     Angel Sarmiento was exhausted from homeschooling her own kids, and teaching up 9 kids of all different ages all day. After the pandemic hit, it gave her a bit of a reset to slow down and realize what she actually wanted to be doing. 

    After finding Joy’s Youtube channel, she realized that she didn’t need to be teaching all day, she could just teach preschool ages for 3 hours in the morning. She also decided to start an online preschool so she could expand her reach to more kids outside of Malaysia. 

    With the help of Joy and the Preschool All Stars, Angel overcame her fear of social media. The Preschool All Stars gave her the confidence she needed and empowered her to ignore the naysayers and create the preschool that works for her and her family.

    Angel is feeling energized now that she isn’t working all day every day. She believes learning should be a lifestyle. This means that she can go wherever she wants and continue her online class. She started with just two online students, and less than a year later she is up to 20! Overcoming her fear of social media and the technical side of things has catapulted her into a career she never could have imagined a year ago!
