Now, she has doubled enrollment in the last 10 months and now has kids on her waitlist who aren’t even born yet! But all of this comes with its own new challenges, and we are here to discuss them.     Anita Gerber started small in her home and quickly filled that space. Last year she moved into a center and her program was half full. This year, her program is full and on a long waitlist! Now that she has built her program into what she wants it to be, she is figuring out her place in. She is still teaching, and has 5 other teachers she employs. She has to decide how she can continue teaching while still being a present owner.

    Having a larger center also means the struggle to balance work life with personal life is even harder to navigate. Listen as we talk about the struggles we all face as we try to build our dream business without it over taking our family and personal time.

    Anita still loves being part of The Preschool All Stars. Hearing Joy’s lives as she talks about some of the things she is struggling with in her own business really helps her feel like she isn’t alone.

    While Anita tries to find her work life balance, she also has future plans to convert some unused space into even more classrooms! She is going to raise her prices because she knows that what she offers is a quality program, and she wants her prices to reflect that. We look forward to checking in with Anita next time and seeing how her business has grown!
