But she had it in her heart to homeschool her own kids from the moment they were born. She chalked that up to a pipe dream, and had no plans of actually doing it.     Ketita Boren loved teaching, but always had it in her heart to homeschool her own children. She needed to make an income though, and so this dream never turned into a reality. She was resigned to teaching everyone else’s kids, while her own kids were taught by someone else, because she didn’t know how she could pull off her homeschooling dream.

    After finding Joy on Facebook, she decided to get her book and put it in her arsenal of future teaching resources. Then she actually read the book and realized that this is something she could actually make happen right now! After a personalized email from Joy, refuting all of the excuses Ketita had made for not doing it, she jumped in head first.

    With the help of Joy and the Preschool All Stars, Ketita has set up an online preschool that taught over 20 students in her first summer session! She calls the Preschool All Stars “Positivity on steroids.” The individualized help, the positive support, and wealth of knowledge she receives is invaluable to her.

    Ketita not only has an online preschool, she also teaches elementary Spanish classes, as well! She has resigned from her private school teaching job and is now teaching online while homeschooling her children! Her dream of being a homeschool mom has come to fruition, and this is only the beginning!
