(PAS) Survive & Thrive On Your Own When You Start a Preschool – with Kiersten Worrell

If you want to survive and thrive on your own, listen to today’s Preschool All Stars story: Kiersten Worrell shares her story of hope, how she left an abusive marriage and needed to find a way to provide for her children. At the last moment, she took a leap of faith and went “all in” to start her own preschool. Now she can stay home with her children, set her own hours, and has a consistent income. Listen in to discover how you can survive and thrive on your own, too!

Kiersten Worrell had just left an abusive marriage and decided she needed a complete overhaul of her life. She bought a new house for her and her kids, and then lost her job as a nanny. She had no idea what she was going to do to pay her new mortgage.

She was stressing and unable to find a new job when a family member showed her Joy’s book. At first she was hesitant and didn’t think it was right for her. But when her back was against the wall and she didn’t have any other option, she decided she needed to try something, so she took a leap on faith and joined Joy’s program!

Joining Preschool All Stars gave her the tools she needed to get started. She was able to obtain her license and successfully open her preschool not long after joining.

Now that Kiersten has opened her preschool, she no longer has to worry about where her next mortgage payment is coming from. Her kids are able to be in class with her, and she has set a schedule that works for her. She is loving her new career as a business owner and that she is able to be with her kids while providing for her family.
